Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $99.
- Flat $9.99 standard shipping on orders under $99.
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days after shipping.
- Expedited delivery: 2–3 business days (rate shown at checkout).
- Oversized equipment (cabinets, benches, lifts) may ship by freight carrier; any freight surcharge and delivery window are shown at checkout before payment.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional charges may apply). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. If you haven’t received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, email us at support@biscaynebaysupply.store and we’ll look into it.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us photos within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For packages marked delivered but not received, contact us and we’ll open a carrier trace.
